5 cups flour
5 eggs
5 cups milk
3 tsp baking powder
Beat eggs with milk then add dry ingredients. Put one layer pancake batter in pan. Cover with sweet cherries, a few gooseberries, and 1/3-1/2 cup sugar. Top with more batter. Flip onto another pan to finish cooking. The sugar should caramelize with the cherry juice into a kind of a sauce. (note: these pancakes are an Experience. Very sweet and syrupy.)
