➤ holy crap this fic is from the EARLY days of fandom, back in like FIRST SEASON. In this fic the Atlantis expedition doesn't make first contact back to earth for years, and on two weeks' leave on Earth John and Rodney visit Rodney's sister Jeannie. ➤ But because this is first-season fic, Jeannie's husband and kid and personality aren't yet canonically established and it's pretty disconcerting. Good fic though! ➤ notes by my 2014 self upon rereading.
