Luo Binghe smiled and made his way out of the crowd, kneeling in front of Shizun and bowing his head respectfully. "Shizun, this disciple has returned.”
“... So you have,” Shizun replied, and Luo Binghe felt a surge of triumph.
He hadn't immediately decried Luo Binghe! He hadn't revealed the truth! Luo Binghe raised his head to examine the parts of Shizun's expression that weren't covered by his fan, and noticed the way that Shizun's eyes flicked over to the disciples watching their exchange.
