➤ I wish it were clearer whether there really was something supernaturally keeping people at Casa Varadero, and what it was that Ana Teresa gave up to be able to get away.
➤ And the ending doesn't feel satisfying.
➤ And I definitely was shipping Ana Teresa/Carmencita from early on and the connection with Eddie didn't feel nearly so strong so I'm also frustrated with the story's shipping choices.
➤ But overall it's still a good story
