The leading theory was that the woman was from one of the brothels Shizun was rumored to have frequented in the past. Luo Binghe had never seen any evidence that this rumor was true (he was actually concerned that Shizun didn’t know what sex was), so he’d dismissed the claims as slander. Then a woman had prostrated herself at the bottom of the stairs of Cang Qiong and begged that a message be delivered to all on the mountain. It was urgent, she said. She could not say more at this time, but lives depended on the right person hearing these words. “What is the message?” a disciple had asked. The woman raised her head. “Beyonce,” she had said clearly. “Internet. This is fine, though, because Luo Binghe has finally managed to find a Shen Yuan of his own. He's managed to get close to him, even, to form a relationship so sticky sweet that it makes Luo Binghe want to carefully cut open his chest and place Shen Yuan inside so that they might press themselves so close to each other. What Luo Binghe witnessed in the past - the death and transmigration of so many 'Shen Yuans' - is fine.
